  • Who do you work with?

    I work with individual adults (21+) who experience a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, low mood, neurodiversity and grief.

    I also work at Circle Therapy in Tring, where I work with young people (age 12-18).

  • How do I get started?

    Getting started and asking for help is the biggest step. You can get in touch an book a no-commitment 30 minute online consultation with me. This offers a chance to meet me, discuss what you might need and discuss support together.

    There is no commitment or obligation to continue.

  • How many sessions will I need?

    This is completely up to your individual needs. 6-12 sessions is short-term work, or you may require further sessions for long term work on deeper seated issues.

    We will have regular review to discuss ongoing requirements together.

  • How often will sessions take place?

    Sessions are weekly to begin with, as it is important to have regular sessions to establish the relationship.

    The regularity of session can then be reviewed and discussed together, with the option of moving to bi-weekly.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Sessions that are canceled within 24 hours will still be charged. Please provide as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • What are your qualifications?

    I am a fully qualified and accredited counsellor having completed my Level 4 Diploma in Integrative Counselling.

    I am currently working towards my Level 5 Diploma In Psychotherapeutic Counselling.

    I am an accredited member of NCPS (National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society) and undertake regular supervision as well as CPD.

  • Do you offer discounts?

    I offer a few spots on a discounted rate to those who are on low wage, unemployed or students. Please get in touch to discuss. I hold a waitlist you can be added to if the spots are full.
